Bolivar Medical Center earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit watchdog focused on patient safety. This marks the second A in the past three Leapfrog rating cycles for Bolivar. The hospital was one of only 11 in the state of Mississippi to earn the top grade for Leapfrog’s spring 2026 ratings cycle.
