Bolivar Medical Center is thrilled to announce that its Foundations Behavioral Health Unit has been named a recipient of the Excellence in Advocacy Award from Signet Health, specifically earning the prestigious Most Inspiring Acts of Advocacy Award.

This esteemed accolade recognizes the unit's exceptional dedication to advocacy, exemplifying the mission of caring for the community in an extraordinary manner.

Under the leadership of Director Jennifer Estes, who has been an integral part of the team since 1992, the unit has demonstrated unwavering commitment and compassion towards its patients.

Foundations Behavioral Health Services offers care to individuals aged 55 and over facing mental illness or cognitive decline, hindering their daily lives or posing a threat to themselves or others. The unit provides comprehensive care, with mental health professionals available 24/7, devoted to restoring stability and well-being to patients' lives and their caregivers.
